The Inventory system manages the complete accounting of demand & supply of Stationary & Printed documents to the whole Organization. The re-ordering level reports alerts the user about the present level of stock of material and user may initiate re-ordering process to place new order. As per the indent from the Branches the materials will be supplied at the cost at which it is purchased by the Institution. The system enables the user to cancel or authorize the orders.
The system provides the User robust reporting system to submit various Management information reports such as Inventory-wise stock, consumption Report, Consumer-wise consumption, Document scanning, Variation in the cost of procurement during a financial year.
